We source only from trusted regional collectors in China's hair belt — primarily Shandong (Heze region), Henan, and Yunnan. Every bundle is hand-sorted to verify 100% human origin, cuticle direction alignment, and zero synthetic contamination. Only ~60% of incoming raw hair passes this gate.
Step 1–2: Sourcing & Sorting
Skilled artisans hand-tie Genius Wefts to 1mm precision. Machine wefts are double-reinforced for zero shedding. Tape-ins use medical-grade PU adhesive. I-Tip, U-Tip and Flat Tip keratin bonds are temperature-calibrated for consistent melt points. Every piece is weight-checked (±2g tolerance).
Step 3–4: Construction & Tipping
pH-balanced wash cycle removes any processing residue. Silicone-free conditioning preserves the natural cuticle texture. Coloring uses professional-grade dyes with UV protection for fade resistance. Each batch is shade-matched against our 38-color standard chart under daylight-balanced lighting.
Step 5: Wash, Condition & Color
AQL 2.5 random sampling on every batch. Inspectors check: weight accuracy, color match, tip/welt integrity, cuticle direction, shedding resistance (100-stroke test), and overall finish. Any batch exceeding 1.5% defect rate is reworked or rejected. Only approved batches proceed to packaging.
Step 6: QC & Final Inspection
Products are packed in anti-static, humidity-controlled pouches. OEM orders get custom-branded packaging with barcodes and multi-language care cards. Each shipment is weighed, photographed, and logged before handover to DHL / FedEx / UPS. Tracking number sent within 24 hours of dispatch.
